What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient healing technique that assists the life force, or chi, in healing the body.  We all have chi, but sometimes our life force becomes ill, contaminated, traumatized...Reiki practitioners can help your chi to become strong again, and to thereby allow your own body to heal itself as it was designed to do.  Reiki is NOT a substitute for any care you may be receiving from a licensed medical practitioner...it is however, recognized worldwide as a complimentary form of healing. Many Many of the world's leading hospitals recognize the benefits of complimentary therapies, and that's what this blog spot is all about.

Anyone can learn to use Reiki. There are many certified practitioners who can provide Reiki instruction and care. Please do check your area to locate a qualified Reiki Practitioner. While Reiki can only help, and not hurt (check it out on the web, this is an accepted statement!) the quality and strength of Reiki can be enhanced and provide more benefit if the practitioner is established and has references.  Use your head, check it out and always listen to you intution when choosing ANY health care assistance or therapy.
